Toll-free numbers are different from local numbers as they are not necessarily tied to specific local areas. And so, with a toll-free number, the dialer does not know the exact location of the business, whereas local numbers bear the area code. Another key difference is that calling toll free numbers is free of cost for callers. Receivers get charged instead of callers.
How long will it take to transfer a number to my carrier?
The amount of time varies based on the carrier(s) involved. Generally, porting to a wireless carrier usually only takes between 48-72 to complete. Transferring to a landline provider may take longer and will vary from carrier to carrier.

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our Services, refunds are not possible. Not all phone numbers are available to be transferred to any carrier. Subscriber will need to confirm with their preferred carrier first if they will accept the Subscriber's selected number(s) before purchasing.
Is pricing a one-time fee or a recurring monthly charge? How does pricing work?
We charge a one-time search and acquisition fee to help you source, acquire, and transfer your new number to the carrier of your choice. It’s yours to keep for a lifetime.

Once you’ve selected and purchased your number, it's yours to keep. Within a few hours, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to know, including the account credentials and transfer instructions. Then, call your carrier to begin the transfer process. Generally, the transfer proces is completed within 48-72 hours.
Are there any recurring charges?
There are no recurring charges once the number has been purchased; however, your carrier may impose additional usage charges or other fees, so please be certain to check with your individual carrier.
Once I complete the checkout, do I own the number outright?

The process of porting a local vanity number to your carrier typically takes between 7-10 business days; however, exact timing can vary based on the specific carrier.
Can I port my number to a cell phone service provider?

Can I have more than 7 digits or letters in my number?
Yes, you can. Once the customer dials the final number or letter, the call will begin completing regardless of what they press after the seventh digit.
Can I move or port the number to another carrier?
No you cannot. The toll-free number must remain on our carrier due to complex routing and configurations.
How long until my toll-free number is active?

What happens when a call comes from a different market area?
Calls originating from outside of your licensed territory will either go to another licensee or default to our offices.
What does “my market area” mean?
A market area refers to where you are able to provide service for clients. This area could be as small as one county or encompass several states or nationwide. By only licensing your market area, you ensure that every call you get will be one you can use.
How does shared-use work?
Shared-use allows for the same great toll-free number to be used by multiple companies in different areas. For example, 1-800-HOMECARE could be used by an agency in New Jersey, while another agency could use it in Georgia at the same time with each only receiving the calls in their area.
